Cauliflower.

It is another hit with my family. I love it roasted, mashed, row....

This time I roasted cauliflower with smoked paprika and turmeric.

it is so delicious!

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and line them on a sheet pan/tray.

Pre-heat the oven to 185'C and place your tray with the prepared cauliflower. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Cool it down a bit and you can serve it straight away! Enjoy!


This is how my kitchen looks on the day, when I prepare my meals in advance. It is so easy to carve out a couple of hours for you meal prep and have it ready to be eaten at your convenience....
